Regex involved in resource history filtering / normalisation.

Discovered during go-live with a customer. We've discovered that the customer
embeds many resources using 'data:' urls in his application. These in turn
would be filtered (< 6.11.1) and trigger a regular expression search; the
expression in question would then go wild and show exponential runtime behaviour.
